Biography

Parker is a trial attorney at Smith Beer, LLC where he represents victims of tractor-trailer accidents, negligent security, and premises liability.  Prior to joining the firm, Parker worked at a defense firm representing national and regional trucking companies in cases arising out of catastrophic accidents.  In 2019, Parker decided to leave the defense and use his experience to benefit those injured by negligent commercial vehicles and property owners. He has recovered more than $50,000,000 for his deserving clients in the last 5 years. 
  
Parker grew up in Duluth, Georgia and attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Alabama for undergraduate where he was a member of several honor societies honor societies, including Jasons Senior Men’s Honorary. Parker also received his Master’s Degree in quantitative finance & engineering from the University of Alabama.  In addition to being the best bartender in law school, Parker was a member of the Moot Court Board and Mississippi Journal of First Impressions at Ole Miss. 
  
Parker joined Smith Beer, LLC in September 2024 after leading a national trucking litigation practice group at another firm.  Parker lives in Sandy Springs with his wife and their dog, Miss Biscuit. Outside of the law, he enjoys playing golf and supporting the Crimson Tide.
